OUR RULES 2023 - 2024

Meetings will be held in the Globe Inn, Market square, 7:30pm every second Wednesday or as advertised in the local press or our Facebook page.

Members who do not cancel before 1800 hours on a Wednesday must pay for their seat in full. Non-members who do not cancel their seat will not be allowed to travel again until they have paid the full non-members price.

Any persons making a booking for another person is responsible for them i.e. no show equals payment. Cut off point for booking seats on coaches is the Sunday prior to the away fixtures, members will be given priority.

Please note all telephone bookings must be made prior to 9.00pm - they will not be accepted after this time on any evening.

Strictly no alcohol or illegal substances are permitted on any of our buses.

Juveniles under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Juvenile members aged 14-16 travel at their own risk as the Club will not be responsible.

The Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept bookings from persistent offenders.

The Committee is not responsible for any individuals once they have left the bus.

When departing the coach please note where the pick up point is.

You must return to the coach within 15 mins of final whistle.

Coaches will only stop at designated places unless authorised by the Committee members present on the coach.

Inappropriate conduct on the coaches will be reported to the Committee who will take appropriate disciplinary action.

On any unforeseen issues the Committees' decision is final.
